At Havit Lighting, we stand by the quality of our architectural and garden lighting solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
